rooftop terrace excellent coffee great cereals
I experienced a SUPER upgrade to a suite. This room featured a separate sitting area and a rooftop terrace. Breakfast included excellent coffee and a great choice of cereals.
My room felt a LITTLE cold at night.

excellent location, classic style
central location great style heated pool comfortable seating
this hotel is near the boat drop off and within walking distance to attractions. st marks square is about 12 minutes away on foot. rialto bridge is roughly 6 minutes away. the hotel has a lovely bar and a heated outdoor pool that opens after easter. there is a nice seating area near the pool.

staff provided helpful advice regarding trips and restaurants. staff handled requests courteously. the reception team was very kind and always ready to help with a smile

clean room comfortable beds excellent coffee
i stayed for four nights. the twin room was clean. the beds were comfortable and made up every day. breakfast offered excellent coffee and a choice of cereals , eggs , pancetta , and fruit salad.
the exterior is beautiful , but the pool area has a strict smoking policy.
